Condo Association Mediation

If you are a condo unit owner and have been adversely affected by the current economic hardship and are unable to pay your association fees and keep up with your mortgage and other necessary bills don't give up thinking you can't afford legal counsel to represent you in court.
Do not abandon your property, most especially if you are in an equity status. You have options that are more cost effective and efficient in helping you resolve your conflict with your condo association. You can hire a Mediator at a fraction of the cost of hiring an attorney.
The Mediator is a nuetral, unbiased individual who will facilitator between you and your association to help you come to a resolution that is practical for both parties.
There are consequences to both parties if a resolution is not made. The association is out its own money for filing the petition for financial recovery, plus legal fees and you as a condo unit owner may be out equity and get a bad credit rating for non payment of past dues fees.
So why not chose the alternative to mediating and bringing the facts to the table between both parties and both parties decide what is best to resolve the conflict or dispute. Why let a judge decide for you? This is your property and you have a right to discuss alternate solutions that will work for you.
Call today or email for more information. It is a concept that not many people are aware. Mediation is a service for most conflicts and disputes.
